The receiver of the bankruptcy estate of the debtor Małgorzata Kujundźić has for sale a 1/2 share in a land property in the village of Dłużyna Górna. The property is located on plots of land 255, 257 with a total area of 2,0878 ha. The Land and Mortgage Register No. JG1Z/00015012/6 is maintained for the property.
The asking price is: PLN 15 000,00
The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:
1. submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Rules of Procedure in a closed envelope by the deadline of until 03 June 2024 at 15:00.
2. payment of a deposit in an amount corresponding to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the asking price the subject of the tender to the bank account kept for the bankruptcy estate under the number 96 1090 1926 0000 0001 5056 6268 on time until 03 June 2024 at 15:00.

Written bids should include:
(a) the date on which the offer was made,
b) the name and surname, the name of the Bidder, the legal form, the PESEL or NIP number or the number in the National Court Register or, if there is no such number, other data enabling clear identification of the Bidder, the indication of persons authorised to represent the Bidder, the correspondence address, telephone number and e-mail address,
c) the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
(d) confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the Insolvency Mass,
e) the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the Bidder's bid is not successful,
f) a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
g) a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders by virtue of Paragraph V(2) of the Regulations,
h) a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
(i) a declaration of awareness of the consequences sale of components of the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy proceedings,
(j) a statement of commitment to pay all costs associated with the conclusion of the contract for the sale of the property,
(k) a statement of acknowledgement and understanding of the manner in which the Receiver will inform the insolvency practitioner of any auction proceedings,
l) if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
