The receiver offers for sale the right of ownership to a 1/2 share in a real property located in Bolesławiec at ul. Mostowa 1, with a total area of 0.3723 hectares (plots of land in perpetual usufruct until 05.12.2089) on plots of land numbered 173/6 and 173/11. The District Court in Bolesławiec, Land and Mortgage Register Division maintains the Land and Mortgage Register under number JG1B/00020687/5. The real property consists of a three-storey renovated brick building with production, storage and warehouse facilities.

The asking price is: PLN 841,000 net
(in words: eight hundred and forty-one thousand zlotys 0/100);
PLN 1 034 430.00 gross (in words: one million thirty-four thousand four hundred and thirty zlotys 0/100)

The condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is:
a) Payment of the tender deposit in the amount corresponding to 10% (in words: ten percent) of the starting price of the subject of the tender into the bank account kept for the bankruptcy estate under the number 59 1090 1926 0000 0001 4842 3719 on time do 13 listopada 2024r. do godziny 15:00.

(b) Submission of the tender to the Registry PMR Restructuring SA in Jelenia Góra, i.e. 58-500 Jelenia Góra, ul. Klonowica 2/5b in person or by mail, with the proviso that the date of the delivery of the offer shall be the date of submission of the offer by the postman, courier or other person authorised to deliver the parcel at the place of submitting the offers with the following note "Tender property V GUp 103/21". on time do 13 listopada 2024r. do godziny 15:00.

Written bids should include:
(a) the date on which the offer was made,
b) imię i nazwisko Oferenta, status prawny, adres wraz z numerem kontaktowym,
c) the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
(d) confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the Insolvency Mass,
e) the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the Bidder's bid is not successful,
f) a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
g) a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders by virtue of Paragraph V(2) of the Regulations,
h) a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
(i) a statement of awareness of the consequences of the sale of the assets of the Insolvency Estate in the insolvency proceedings,
(j) a statement of commitment to pay all costs associated with the conclusion of the contract for the sale of the property,
(k) a statement of acknowledgement and understanding of the manner in which the Receiver will inform the insolvency practitioner of any auction proceedings,
l) if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.
(m) A statement of consent to communication by email to.
(n) Signature of the tenderer on the tender.
