No more bankruptcy "holidays"!

👉 Entrepreneurs who have lost liquidity and become insolvent during the pandemic period must bear in mind that the deadline for them to officially declare bankruptcy runs anew.

👉 According to the bankruptcy law, an entrepreneur is obliged to file a bankruptcy petition with the court no later than 30 days from the day on which the grounds for bankruptcy occurred. The filing is intended to protect the entrepreneur's creditors and prevent the removal of assets from the company. However, this obligation has been suspended for the duration of the pandemic.
