The market value of the rights has been estimated by an appraiser for the purposes of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 10.04.2024 and amounts to PLN 2 815000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: two million eight hundred and fifteen thousand zlotys 0/100);
  2. Składnik majątkowy ujęty w inwentaryzacji pod numerem 3.3 w postaci: Prawa użytkowania wieczystego gruntu oraz prawa własności budynków stanowiące od gruntu przedmiot odrębnej własności w granicach działek o nr ewidencyjnych 566/32, 577/2 AM-3, o numerze KW KZ1J/00032976/2 obręb Witaszyce, gmina Jarocin, powiat jarociński, o pow. działek 67 785 m2. Wartość rynkowa nieruchomości został oszacowany przez rzeczoznawcę majątkowego dla potrzeb postępowania upadłościowego na dzień 27.03.2024 r.  i wynosi PLN 3 086 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: three million eighty-six thousand zlotys, 0/100);
  3. Składnik majątkowy ujęty w inwentaryzacji pod numerem 3.8 w postaci: Nieruchomości gruntowej zabudowanej zespołem budynków produkcyjnych wraz z urządzeniami trwale związanymi z nieruchomością w granicach działki o nr ewidencyjnym 75/20 AM-4, o numerze KW OP1U/00085911/8, obręb Wierzbica Górna, gmina Wołczyn, powiat kluczborski o pow. działki 30 331 m2.  Wartość rynkowa nieruchomości gruntowej zabudowanej został oszacowany przez rzeczoznawcę majątkowego dla potrzeb postępowania upadłościowego na dzień 27.03.2024 r.  i wynosi 2 375 000,00 PLN net plus possible VAT (in words: two million three hundred and seventy-five thousand PLN, 0/100);
  4. The asset included in the inventory under No. 3.9 in the form of: Land property developed with a complex of production buildings together with equipment permanently connected with the property within the boundaries of the plot of land with the registration number 504 AM-4, with the KW number P01N/00012891/1obręb Kuślin, Kuślin municipality, Nowyomyski County with the plot area of 13,300 m2. The market value of the developed land property was estimated by an appraiser for the purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 27.03.2024 and amounts to 554 000,00 PLN net plus possible VAT (in words: five hundred and fifty-four thousand PLN, 0/100);
  5.  The asset included in the inventory under numbers 3.10, 3.11 with a market value of a built-up land property of PLN 4,155,000.00 net plus any VAT (in words: four million one hundred and fifty-five thousand zlotys 0/100) consisting of components in the form of:

Land property developed with a complex of production buildings together with equipment permanently connected with the property, within the boundaries of plots of land with registration number 590/1 AM-1, 452/7, 454/1 AM-4, with KW number P01N/00043743/5, Kuślin precinct, Kuślin municipality, Nowy Tomyśl county. The market value of the developed land property has been estimated by an appraiser for the purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 27.03.2024 and amounts to PLN 617 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: six hundred and seventeen thousand zlotys, 0/100);

The market value of the developed land was estimated by an appraiser for the purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 27.03.2024 and amounts to PLN 878 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: eight hundred and seventy-eight thousand zlotys, 0/100);

The market value of the developed land property has been estimated by an appraiser for the purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 27.03.2024 and amounts to PLN 2 274 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: two million two hundred and seventy-four thousand zlotys, 0/100);

The market value of the real estate has been estimated by an appraiser for the purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 26.03.2024 and amounts to PLN 1 305 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: one million three hundred and five thousand zlotys, 0/100);

The asset included in the inventory under number 3.20 in the form of: Land property developed with a production building together with equipment permanently connected with the property within the boundaries of the plot of land with the registration number 230/4 AM-2, with the KW number PO1Y/00040592/8, Skoraszewice precinct, Pępowo commune, Gostynin county with the area of 3 300 m2. The market value of the real estate has been estimated by an appraiser for the purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings as at 27.03.2024, and is as follows PLN 1 593 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: one million five hundred and ninety-three thousand zloty, 0/100);
  16. Składnik majątkowy pod numerem 3.22 w postaci: Nieruchomości gruntowej, niezabudowanej w granicach działki o numerze ewidencyjnym 576 AM-3, powierzchni 447 m2 obręb Witaszyce, gmina Jarocin, powiat jarociński, o numerze KW KZ1J/00009647/7. Wartość rynkowa nieruchomości została oszacowana przez rzeczoznawcę majątkowego dla potrzeb postępowania upadłościowego na dzień 23.09.2024 r. i wynosi 2 800,00 zł netto plus ewentualny VAT (słownie: dwa tysiące osiemset złotych, 0/100).

Ceny wywoławcze dla poszczególnych nieruchomości w III przetargu wynoszą:

a.Składnik majątkowy ujęty w inwentaryzacji pod numerem 3.1 w postaci: Prawa użytkowania wieczystego dla działek o numerach 111/1, 111/2, 216/6, o numerze KW LE1G/00093127/5, położone w Górze przy ulicy Dworcowej, woj. Składnik majątkowy ujęty w inwentaryzacji pod numerem 3.3 w postaci: Prawa użytkowania wieczystego gruntu oraz prawa własności budynków stanowiące od gruntu przedmiot odrębnej własności w granicach działek o nr ewidencyjnych 566/32, 577/2 AM-3, o numerze KW KZ1J/00032976/2 obręb Witaszyce, gmina Jarocin, powiat jarociński, o pow. działek 67 785 m2. Cena wywoławcza wynosi 2 315 000,00 zł netto plus ewentualny VAT (słownie: dwa miliony trzysta piętnaście tysięcy złotych, 0/100);

The asset included in the inventory under number 3.8 in the form of: Land property developed with a complex of production buildings together with equipment permanently connected with the property within the boundaries of the plot of land with the registration number 75/20 AM-4, with the KW number OP1U/00085911/8, precinct Wierzbica Górna, commune of Wołczyn, district of Kluczbork with the plot area of 30 331 m2. The asking price is PLN 1 782 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: one million seven hundred and eighty-two thousand zlotys, 0/100);

Property included in the inventory under No. 3.9 in the form of: Land property developed with a complex of production buildings together with equipment permanently connected with the property within the boundaries of the plot of land with the registration number 504 AM-4, with the KW number P01N/00012891/1obręb Kuślin, commune Kuślin, poviat nowotomyski with the plot area of 13 300 m2. The asking price is PLN 416 000.00 net plus possible VAT (in words: four hundred and sixteen thousand zlotys, 0/100);

g. The asset listed in the inventory under numbers 3.10, 3.11 with an asking price of PLN 3,117,000.00 net plus any VAT (in words: three million one hundred and seventeen thousand zlotys 0/100) consisting of:

It is a condition of the bidder's entry into the tender that:

1) submitting a written offer meeting the conditions of the Regulations in a closed envelope w terminie do 25 listopada  2024 r. do godziny 15:00.

 2) payment of a deposit in an amount equivalent to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the net asking price określonej w paragrafie III ust. 2 Regulaminu na rachunek bankowy prowadzony dla BM Kobylin Sp. z o.o. w upadłości pod numerem 53 1090 2590 0000 0001 5629 8344 within the deadline indicated in the Tender Notice, i.e. do 22 listopada 2024 r.  przy czym za skuteczną wpłatę wadium uznaje się uznanie rachunki masy upadłości w nieprzekraczalnym terminie do 25 listopada 2024 r. do godziny 15:00.

The offer should include:

  1. the date on which the offer was made,
  2. the name and surname, the name of the Bidder, the legal form, the PESEL or NIP number or the number in the National Court Register and, if there is no such number, other data enabling unambiguous identification of the Bidder, the indication of persons authorised to represent the Bidder, the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address,
  3. to offer a purchase price, specifying the subject of the tender, not lower than the starting price, and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
  4. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate,
