The receiver has for sale a DENKA LIFT DL25 mobile platform, year of manufacture 1999, working height 25m, outreach 12m, electric drive, total weight 3350 kg, max lifting capacity 200 kg, Telescopic. Out of service for several years, no UDT testing, no battery, incomplete, second-hand equipment. An expert's appraisal has been drawn up to determine the market value for those interested.

Sale organised by tender.

I. The condition to participate in the tender is:

1. A condition for the Bidder to participate in the tender is the payment of a deposit in an amount corresponding to 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the asking price the subject of the tender until 27.09.2024 at 15:00.
2. Submission of an offer in a sealed envelope clearly marked legibly to the Bidder and marked "offer for the purchase of movable property - ref. no. VIII GUp 39/15/S - DO NOT OPEN" by the deadline until 27.09.2024 at 15:00.

II. The offer should include:

1. the date on which the offer was made,

3. the purchase price offered, specifying the subject of the tender, which shall not be lower than the starting price and specifying the manner and date of its payment,
4. confirmation of payment of the deposit to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate,
5. the bank account to which the amount of the bid security is to be refunded in the event that the bid of the Bidder concerned is not selected,
6. a statement of familiarity with the factual and legal status of the subject of the tender,
7. a statement that the Tenderer is not one of the persons excluded from the possibility of submitting tenders under Paragraph V(2) of the Rules of Procedure,
8. a statement that the Bidder has read the Rules and Regulations and has no objections to their contents,
9. statement of awareness of the consequences sale of components of the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy proceedings,
10. a statement of undertaking to pay all costs connected with the conclusion of the contract of sale of the movable property,
11. a statement that you acknowledge and understand the manner in which the Receiver will inform you of any auction proceedings,
12. if the tender is submitted by an agent, a copy of the power of attorney granted.

III. Examination of tenders

1. Tenders will be considered until 30.09.2024
2. The successful tenderer is obliged to conclude the sales contract within a maximum of one month.
3. The purchaser is obliged to pay the purchase price before the conclusion of the relevant sales contract.
4. The object of the contract will be handed over to the buyer immediately after payment of the price, at the buyer's expense.
5. The tendering authority may withdraw from the tender or cancel the tender without giving any reason.
