Global giants lay off workers

McDonald's, Accenture, Carrefour... - this is just the beginning of the list of giants who are cutting employment. The crisis of inflation, banking turmoil, rising corporate and production costs are forcing strategy changes on strong and global players too.

This shows that the current market slump is affecting everyone, without exception. Entrepreneurs are being forced to look for additional savings, often involving job cuts in internal structures.

At the same time, the latest research shows that 28 per cent of employers in Poland want to recruit new employees in the second quarter of this year, 19 per cent plan to reduce positions and 49 per cent of companies do not expect to change the level of employment.
